Where you need us when you need us

We take great pride in providing fast and personalized support on-site, by telephone, by email, and through remote network access over the Internet. While we maintain regular office hours, we are available 24x7 through our Technical Emergency Hotline - 310.921.9504 and press 3, leaving a message will page a technician. We make every effort to return these calls in an expedited manner.

Rate schedule

These rates constitute consulting service during the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday - Friday:

  • On-site appointments (field calls): $150.00 per hour. This rate is per technician - For example, if the project requires a two man work crew, service is billed at $150.00 per hour x two technicians.
  • Telephone support & troubleshooting: $150.00 per hour. We welcome your phone calls and will do all that we can to assist you with problems over the phone immediately, thus eliminating having to wait for a technician to come to you and the associated Travel Charge.
  • Remote access support & troubleshooting: $150.00 per hour. Again eliminating down time and Travel Charge, this service allows our technicians to directly access your computer or network from our office to troubleshoot problems, immediately address concerns and provide hands on training.   • In-House Service: $150.00 per hour. Drop off your computer and save! At your convenience, bring your computer by any time during our regular business hours. Save Travel Charges and time.
  • Non-Office Hours Consulting Rates: $225.00 per hour. Understanding that computer related problems can occur at any time TRowe.net is available on weekends, holidays and during non-business hours.

Service and payment policies

Payment terms
TRowe.net accepts check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or cash. While payment is DUE UPON RECEIPT for all services rendered, courtesy billing is available upon credit approval. Invoices are issued the Monday following date of service. Courtesy billings are considered past due if payment has not been received by TRowe.net 10 calendar days after invoice date.

Late Payments
If payment is received after the due date a late charge of $20 will be charged. Additional $20 charges will continue to accrue every 15 calendar days until payment is received in full. Please call or email us if you have any questions or would like to learn how to save MONEY and TIME by using our online bill pay. If payments are consistently made late TRowe.net reserves the right to discontinue courtesy billing and all service will be provided under the terms of COD only.
