Just a note to put to "paper" my experience with TRowe.net's Staff and Services.
If you recall, when I first contacted you my network was next to useless as we operate out of 3 different locations and the exchange of data was next to nonexistintent.
I had tried two other "network experts" and was told that my request for the 3 offices was probably out of reach for an operation my size. You took my needs and problems and developed a solution that had never been tried in my industry. You and your staff successfully mated Current Windows technology with available software designed for single location applications and made it fly. I'm still impressed!
After your successful network installation ("that couldn't be done"), I wanted to keep you "on the Hook" for future problem solving and growth of my systems and your service agreements have proven to be just the ticket. I don't even want to know about the problems, just the solutions, I don't have the time to deal with every little issue.
As you know, I try to get directly to you Tom when I have a question but have found that your staff usually has my issue solved before I even get through to you. Thanks for your staff's competence as much as yours.
When we decided to have a presence on the web, again TRowe handled it seamlessly. Not only did you set us up, but also host our sites as well. Can't get much easier than that.
This thank you is long over due Tom, but as with my computer problems, out of site, out of mind. You and your staff have truly made this a reality for us.

Dear Tom: The case studies presented laid out the problems; the fact that I don't understand what you did in techno-speak doesn't mean that I haven't enjoyed the superior results! Our agency has been able to almost double in size while hiring only two new employees!
