Tom is an entrepreneur who has been running TRowe.net for the past nine years.  He is extremely well versed in the critical components of local and wide-area network infrastructure. His strengths lie in assessing a company's current technology architecture and information flow and making recommendations in terms of operational efficiency and cost savings. Tom also brings to TRowe.net an excellent set of skills in customer relationship management. His primary focus when creating TRowe.net was to be different than other technology firms by putting customer service in front of technological advancements.

Jason Small, MCP
Project Manager / Head of Technology
Overseeing all technology operations and advancements at TRowe, Jason is a Microsoft Certified Professional with over 10 years experience in the IT industry. He is an expert in all Windows operating systems. He brings project management experience from companies such as Verizon Wireless and Pacificare to benefit TRowe.net. His time as Critical Outage Support Coordinator for Pacificare of California gives him the ability to assess critical situations and make important judgments quickly to restore business operations back to normal. Jason enjoys learning and applying new technologies and seeing customers benefit from that knowledge.
