PC Field Technician

TRowe.net is a fast paced technology consulting firm that supplies on-site and remote technical support and planning for small to medium sized businesses in the Los Angeles area. We are currently looking for someone with great communication and customer service skills to fill a PC Field Technician position. This individual will go to our customers to do face-to-face consulting, repairing, installation and maintenance of customer's PCs, servers and peripherals.

Our ideal candidate:

• You have the ability to accurately and efficiently troubleshoot PC and network problems.
• You are well versed in PC hardware and all versions of the Windows OS/NOS.
• You are a computer technician who possesses excellent customer service skill.
• You are willing to and would enjoy spending at least 80% of your time in the field.
• You have a valid driver's license, a good driving record and reliable transportation.

We will start you as a W2 contractor for a 90-day trial period. This is our time to evaluate if you have the technical skills we are looking for as well as the customer service skills which we pride ourselves on. It's also a chance for you to see if you like us.
